The Chrome Shop ships Australia wide with secure couriers and Australia Post services. This enables us to choose the most suitable and cheapest carrier every time, creating savings and cutting delivery times for you, the customer. 

Insurance is also included within our shipping charges. This means that you don't have to worry if your items arrived in poor condition. Read more about or lifetime comprehensive warranty

Online orders must be delivered to the purchaser’s nominated address. Occupational Health & Safety requirements prohibit us from enabling customer access to our warehouse. 

Full payment for each order is required before your order is dispatched, as our couriers are not equipped to receive payments. 

We will require someone being available to accept delivery. For your convenience, we recommend having your order sent to your work address if being at home during business hours is not an option. Goods cannot be delivered to a PO Box address. 

For items which are in stock, orders received will be shipped within 3 business days.

By close of business on the day your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details and information so that you can monitor your order online and in real time. Typical delivery times expected are:

1. 2 – 3 business days (VIC & NSW)
2. 3 – 5 business days (SA, ACT, QLD)
3. 5 – 7 business days (WA, NT & TAS)

Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two. 

On completion of your order, after you have entered the delivery address postcode, delivery costs will be automatically calculated at the “checkout” stage of your purchase and will be included in your invoice for goods supplied.
